Set on the island of Tynningö — one hour by boat or 40 minutes by car from central Stockholm — the estate is a newly built contemporary retreat rising from the granite bedrock. Vertical timber cladding, panoramic glazing, and elevated terraces frame an uninterrupted view across the archipelago. In winter, snow-clad pines surround the house on all sides. In summer, the forest opens to shimmering water.
